Contrast Therapy is based on the principle of using temperature variations to stimulate blood circulation, reduce inflammation and promote healing.  

 

Contrast Therapy combines two powerful therapeutic techniques, heat therapy, creating vasodilation in the body, and cold therapy, creating vasoconstriction in the body. 

 

This variation creates a "pumping" effect and enhances the circulation of blood, oxygen, and nutrients, while removing waste products. 

 

We built our contrast therapy room to accommodate up to 3 people.
